While Lexington put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Wade Hampton. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 13-0 margin over the Generals. Considering the Wildcats have won 15 matches by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lexington's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Wade Hampton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-14 record this season.

As of now, neither Lexington nor Wade Hampton have any future games scheduled.
