The Westminster Catawba Christian Indians will head out on the road to take on the Gaston Christian Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Westminster Catawba Christian is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

Westminster Catawba Christian will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Gaston Day, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Westminster Catawba Christian secured a 52-46 W over Gaston Day on Friday. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Indians' disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 229th in South Carolina, while the Spartans are ranked 55th in North Carolina).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gaston Christian). They blew past Carmel Christian 88-41 on Friday. The win was familiar territory for the Eagles who have now won three matches in a row.

Gaston Christian has also been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 19 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.3 points per game. As for Westminster Catawba Christian, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-14.

Things could have been worse for Westminster Catawba Christian, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 58-44 loss to Gaston Christian when the teams last played back in January.
