Recap: West Point Dragons vs. Westview Knights
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Paradise Valley, The West Point Dragons were happy to have found some success on Friday. They came out on top against Westview by a score of 35-28. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for West Point's eight-point performance the match before.
Anthony Lopes had a dynamite game for West Point, rushing for 93 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 103 yards and two touchdowns. West Point also got help from Kainoa Cachola who showed off his sure hands for 80 receiving yards.
West Point has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 3-7 record this season. As for Westview, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
West Point does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Westview also has no future games currently scheduled.
