Hamilton County is a perfect 5-0 against Wayne City since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. Meanwhile, Wayne City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Edwards County, falling 21-1.

Wayne City's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hamilton County, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 0-2.

Hamilton County took their victory against Wayne City in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 17-1. Will Hamilton County repeat their success, or does Wayne City has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
