Wabaunsee waltzed into their game on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They strolled past the Axtell Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 31-16. That's more bragging rights for the Chargers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Wabaunsee is also on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.8 points per game. As for Axtell, they now have a losing record at 6-7.
