Basketball Game Preview: Early College Sharks vs. Franklin Bulldogs

The Early College Sharks will face off against the Franklin Bulldogs at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with ten consecutive losses dating back to last season for Early College and seven for Franklin.

Last Friday, Early College didn't have quite enough to beat Rochester Prep and fell 35-32. That's two games in a row now that the Sharks have lost by exactly three points.

Meanwhile, Franklin was beaten by Newark 73-27 on Monday. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 702nd, while the Reds are ranked 116th).

Early College's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.
