Volleyball Recap: Cooper City Wins Going Away Against Hallandale

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pembroke Pines Charter, Cooper City was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hallandale Chargers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cowboys also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Cooper City not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Hallandale between 17 and 20 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 25-18.

Cooper City's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-8. As for Hallandale, they dropped their record down to 2-8 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Cooper City will head out to square off against Flanagan at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Hallandale, they will welcome Blanche Ely at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Chargers are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
