Basketball Recap: Georgetown Takes a Loss

Georgetown was the 46-42 winner over Hamilton-Wenham Regional when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Royals fell 51-42 to the Generals on Tuesday.

Georgetown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hamilton-Wenham Regional, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Georgetown will be home for the holidays to greet Amesbury at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hamilton-Wenham Regional, they will head out on the road to challenge Whittier RVT at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
