Volleyball Recap: Wednesday's Win Is Flintridge Prep's 16th in Last 17 Outings

With a playoff win on the line, Flintridge Prep rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Newbury Park Panthers with a sharp 3-0 win.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-17, 25-23.

Flintridge Prep can attribute much of their success to Ally Perez, who had 17 digs. Perez is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Flintridge Prep has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-3 record this season. As for Newbury Park, their loss dropped their record down to 25-11.

Coming up, Flintridge Prep will face off against North at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Newbury Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
