Soccer Game Preview: South Dade vs. Miami Springs

The South Dade Buccaneers are taking a road trip to take on the Miami Springs Golden Hawks at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. South Dade is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

South Dade's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They came out on top against Keys Gate by a score of 2-0. Give the Buccaneers' defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Keller Andrade and Carlos Montes scored both of South Dade's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Miami Springs). They walked away with a 4-2 victory over Academy for Innovative Education on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Golden Hawks considering their one-goal performance the game before.

Miami Springs' win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-4-1. As for South Dade, their victory bumped their record up to 9-1-3.
