Basketball Recap: Central Catholic Comes Up Short

Central Catholic and Benson Tech squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Central Catholic had to settle for second. They took a 61-43 bruising from the Benson Tech Astros. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Astros: they've now lost four in a row.

Central Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Benson Tech, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Central Catholic nor Benson Tech have any future games scheduled.
