Soccer Game Preview: West Rowan vs. Carson

The West Rowan Falcons will head out to face off against the Carson Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. West Rowan has given up an average of 4.1 goals per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

West Rowan fell victim to Lake Norman Charter and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Knights, falling 8-0. West Rowan haven't had much luck with Lake Norman Charter recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Meanwhile, Carson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 7-3 to Central Cabarrus.

Carson's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for West Rowan, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8-1.
