Baseball Recap: Hardin-Jefferson Gets the Win

It was a Battle of the Birds when Hardin-Jefferson challenged Pasadena on Tuesday. Hardin-Jefferson came out on top against Pasadena by a score of 7-3.

Gunner Sattler was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing three bases while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Maddox Harrod also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Hardin-Jefferson's victory bumped their record up to 7-12-1. As for Pasadena, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Hardin-Jefferson will have a chance to go back-to-back against Pasadena: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
