Haynes Academy extended their winning streak to ten games thanks to a huge performance from Cameron Vaughn. Haynes Academy came out on top against the Ascension Catholic Bulldogs by a score of 2-0 on Saturday thanks in part to Vaughn, who had seven digs and five aces. She has been hot for a while, having also posted 15 or more assists the last 11 times she's played.

Haynes Academy's victory bumped their record up to 18-1. As for Ascension Catholic, they moved to 14-10 with that loss, which also ended their nine-match winning streak.

Haynes Academy and Ascension Catholic should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Louisiana Rankings.
