It was a good run, but Hardin-Jefferson unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Hudson Hornets. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Hawks were not able to get on the board.

Hardin-Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Hudson, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coincidentally, Hardin-Jefferson and Hudson will both be playing Kountze the next time they take the court. The Hornets will head out to face the Lions at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Hawks will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
