Conner scored a stunning upset when it knocked off Cooper, 38-21. At the time, Cooper was ranked seventh in the state, while the Cougars was 56th.

The biggest upset of the week belonged to Randy Borchers's team, who took down seventh ranked Randy Borchers's team, 38-21.

Cooper's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tyler Morris threw for 216 and two touchdowns and A.j. Collins had 83 yards receiving. On the ground Collins chipped in 113 yards. Kagan Strok helped Cooper's passing attack out by catching four balls for 47 yards.

Morris has thrown for 909 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, while Aaron Morgan has 14 catches for 298 yards. Collins leads the league in rushing with 746 yards.

The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place South Oldham takes on second place Cooper. Last week, South Oldham topped Grant County, while Cooper fell to Conner.

Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when Cooper takes on the Dragons. Cooper's offense has recorded 217 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while South Oldham has permitted only 191 on the year.

Jamie Reed's team extended the longest winning streak in 5A District 5 this week by beating the Braves, 55-6. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
