Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Frankfort). They never let the South Oldham Dragons get on the board and left with a 22-0 win on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Panthers considering their two-run performance the game before.

Frankfort pushed their record up to 9-8 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for South Oldham, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-12.

Coincidentally, Frankfort and South Oldham will both be playing Mercer County the next time they take the field. The Panthers will host the Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Dragons will head out to face them on Saturday.
