When it comes to explaining why Legacy Charter lost, one person who can't be blamed is Mallory Daniels. Despite the final result, she scored 29 points along with two steals. That was a full 69% of Legacy Charter's points, marking the sixth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Ashlyn Kraus was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Legacy Charter has not been sharp recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Lakeside Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9.

Lakeside Christian on the road again on Monday and play against Hernando Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 22nd. Hernando Christian Academy comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 20 points in their last three games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
