Volleyball Recap: Washburn Comes Up Short

Washburn was the 2-1 winner over Knoxville T when they last played one another on Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Pirates fell 2-0 to the Trailblazers on Saturday.

Ebany Hill paced Washburn's offense, picking up five kills. Hill got some help from Kylie Ferguson and her seven assists.

Washburn now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Knoxville T, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Washburn has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against North Greene on the 23rd. As for Knoxville T, they will venture away from home to face off against William Blount at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
