Basketball Recap: Nova Classical Academy Comes Up Short

Nova Classical Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs 64-30. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 284th, while the Mustangs are ranked 101st).

Nova Classical Academy's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Maranatha Christian Academy, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-4.

Nova Classical Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Maranatha Christian Academy, they will face off against St. Croix Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
