Volleyball Recap: Kyleigh Dennis Key Part of Team Effort in Scots Win + How To Watch

Argyle won the last time they faced Granville and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Scots put the hurt on the Golden Horde with a sharp 3-0 win.

Argyle never let Granville on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-10, 25-19.

Argyle's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kyleigh Dennis led the charge by getting ten aces and one assist. Those ten aces gave Dennis a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Austin, who had six aces and three digs.

They weren't the only good server: Argyle was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 22 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Argyle's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Granville, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
