Basketball Recap: Butler's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Butler can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They took down the Drexel Bobcats 55-39. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Bobcats back in November of 2024, they had to take a 37-28 loss.

Butler's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-9. As for Drexel, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

Butler didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 63-41 defeat against Lone Jack on the 29th. As for Drexel, they will square off against Archie at 5:30 p.m. on February 4th.
