Basketball Game Preview: Hawken Hawks vs. Wickliffe Blue Devils

Hawken is on a 12-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, Wickliffe a four-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Monday. The Hawken Hawks will welcome the Wickliffe Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Hawken lost to Walsh Jesuit at home by a 60-46 margin. While losing is never fun, the Hawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 729th, while the Warriors are ranked 258th).

Meanwhile, Wickliffe came up short against Crestwood on Wednesday and fell 49-36.

Hawken's defeat dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Wickliffe, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10.
