The Oroville Hornets came up short against the Dayton Bulldogs on Saturday and fell 9-4. The game marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Oroville's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3-1. As for Dayton, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.
