Soccer Recap: American Fork Falls Short Against Ranked Corner Canyon

American Fork faced Corner Canyon in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Cavemen came up short against the Chargers, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that American Fork have lost by exactly three goals.

American Fork's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-3. As for Corner Canyon, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2.

Coincidentally, American Fork and Corner Canyon will both be playing Lone Peak the next time they take the pitch. The Cavemen will head out to face the Knights at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Chargers will host them at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
