Volleyball Recap: Waukon Comes Up Short

Waukon was the 2-0 winner over Crestwood when they last played one another last Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians fell just short of the Cadets by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Waukon's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Crestwood, they moved to 4-6 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Crestwood wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Turkey Valley on the 20th. Hopefully Waukon paid attention to the Cadets' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Cadets at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
