Softball Game Preview: Harrison Raiders vs. Hamilton Southeastern Royals

The Harrison Raiders will face off against the Hamilton Southeastern Royals at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, Harrison didn't have quite enough to beat Fishers and fell 6-4. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Harrison saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bradi Odom, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs. Ashley Dunk was another, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Hamilton Southeastern has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.2 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Thursday. They came up short against New Palestine, falling 12-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Royals have suffered since May 3, 2024.

Harrison's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Hamilton Southeastern, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
