Lake Highland Prep won the last time they faced Crooms Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Highlanders put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Highlanders sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Lake Highland Prep never let Crooms Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-23, 25-16.

Lake Highland Prep's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-12. As for Crooms Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Lake Highland Prep will head out on the road to take on Cypress Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers are facing the Huskies at the right time seeing as the Huskies are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
