Softball Recap: Peachtree Academy Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Peachtree Academy managed to slip by Scholars Guild Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Peachtree Academy came up short against Scholars Guild Academy on Thursday, falling 18-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

Peachtree Academy's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-6. As for Scholars Guild Academy, the win keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

While Peachtree Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
