Recap: Beech Buccaneers vs. Green Hill Hawks
The Beech Buccaneers entered their tilt with the Green Hill Hawks with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Beech secured a 49-45 W over Green Hill on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Beech also won the last time the pair played last Thursday.
Beech was led to victory by Carson Sisk and Genesis Harris. Sisk scored 11 points along with six rebounds and five steals, while Harris scored 11 points along with three steals. Sisk is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 20 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Dani James, who scored nine points.
Beech is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Green Hill, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-13.
