Montcalm lost against Man back in February of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Montcalm Generals fell 49-41 to the Man Hillbillies. The Generals' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Man's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Moses Hicks, who went 6 for 10 en route to 16 points and eight boards. Hicks is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last five games he's played. Trey Ward was another key player, going 5 of 12 on his way to 11 points and five boards.

Montcalm's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Man, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Montcalm will welcome River View at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Man, they will be playing at home against Clay County at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
