Volleyball Recap: Jennings County Comes Up Short

Jennings County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the New Albany Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Monday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-10, 25-15.

Jennings County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for New Albany, their win bumped their record up to 5-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Jennings County is set to square off against their familiar foe Southwestern at 6:00 p.m. on May 7. Meanwhile, New Albany will take on rival Columbus North at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
