Volleyball Recap: Stoughton's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Stoughton waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Shoreland Lutheran Pacers. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pacers, too.

Emma Trautsch paced Stoughton's offense, picking up eight kills. Trautsch got some help from Ruby Randall and her 14 assists. Lia Tiede controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Stoughton's record now sits at 3-0. As for Shoreland Lutheran, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Stoughton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Beaver Dam on the 29th. As for Shoreland Lutheran, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Wrightstown on the 29th.
