Basketball Recap: Community Christian Skates Past Christian Academy of Madison with Ease

Community Christian waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Christian Academy of Madison Defenders 68-32. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 21 points or more this season.

Community Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brody Back, who went 5-for-11 en route to 14 points in addition to seven steals and six assists. Those seven steals gave Back a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Abel Parsley, who went 8-for-16 to rack up 20 points.

Community Christian's victory bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Christian Academy of Madison, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

As of now, neither Community Christian nor Christian Academy of Madison have any future games scheduled.
