Central has gone 9-1 against Flinthills recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Raiders will host the Mustangs at 2:00 p.m. Central hasn't scored more than a single run for three games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Central lost 19-1 to Oxford on Thursday.

Max Bergman made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Hunter Henderson, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Flinthills). They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over Eureka on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Mustangs considering their two-run performance the match before.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Flinthills, their victory bumped their record up to 2-7.

Everything went Central's way against Flinthills in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Central made off with an 18-1 win. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mustangs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
