Tree of Life Christian won against Granville Christian Academy last Saturday with six runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Trojans came out on top against the Delaware Christian Eagles by a score of 6-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won six matchups in a row.

Andrew Jackson and Bishoy Bishara made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, Jackson didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Meanwhile, Bishara tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five). At bat, Jackson earned two RBI and one stolen base, while Bishara went 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jacob Brown, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Meshach Bishara, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Tree of Life Christian's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-3. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Delaware Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.

Coincidentally, Tree of Life Christian and Delaware Christian will both be playing Shekinah Christian the next time they take the field. The Trojans will head out to face the Flames at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Eagles will host them at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
