Baseball Recap: Sts. Peter & Paul Comes Up Short

Sts. Peter & Paul was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Frances Academy Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Sabres of the 13-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Sts. Peter & Paul's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for St. Frances Academy, their win bumped their record up to 9-2-1.

Coming up, Sts. Peter & Paul will head out to take on Delmarva Christian at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Frances Academy, they will square off against Pallotti at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. St. Frances Academy's pitchers better be ready for this one: Pallotti has averaged an impressive 7.3 runs per game this season.
