There's no place like home for Foundation Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Brandon Academy Scorpions 3-0 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Scorpions: they've now won nine in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Foundation Christian Academy was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-14, 25-12.

Lyla Regans paced Foundation Christian Academy's offense, picking up nine kills. Regans got some help from Grace Jacobs and her 20 assists. Jacobs was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Foundation Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Brandon Academy, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.
