Volleyball Game Preview: Dundy County-Stratton Tigers vs. Crawford Rams

Dundy County-Stratton extended their home winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Bree Lutz. The Tigers put the hurt on Hitchcock County with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday thanks in part to Lutz, who had 42 assists and eight digs. She has been hot for a while, having posted 13 or more assists the last 19 times she's played.

Dundy County-Stratton got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 30-28, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Crawford and Hay Springs squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Crawford had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Hawks. The Rams' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-16, 19-25, 25-15.

Crawford's defeat dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Dundy County-Stratton, their win bumped their record up to 25-6.
