The Allen Eagles will head out to  square off against the Princeton Panthers  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Allen knows how to get  points on the board -- the  team has finished with 31 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Princeton likes a good challenge.
Allen's defense heads into the  game  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  last Friday. They claimed a resounding  62-0 win over McKinney. Fans of the Eagles have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+  points.

Allen's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Ty Snell, who threw for 305 yards and one  touchdown on only 13 passes. The Eagles also got help from  Josyah Johnson, who showed off his sure hands for 80  receiving yards.
 Allen's run defense was locked in: McKinney could only muster 0.2 yards per carry. The Eagles' ground attack was stronger, having averaged 4.5.
Meanwhile,  it was a proper cat-fight when Princeton challenged McKinney on Friday. The Panthers walked away with  a   30-21  victory over the Lions.
 Princeton's win came from a few key players Allen will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was  Marcus Flowers, who threw for 325 yards and a pair of  TDs while completing 77.4% of his passes, and also rushed for 65 yards and one  score.  Jordan Mosley also helped out as he racked up 163 receiving yards.
 Allen's record now sits at 5-0. As for Princeton, their win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 5-1.
The upcoming  matchup will be a clash of competing strengths. Allen has deployed a run-first offense that has averaged 158.8 rushing yards a game. Meanwhile, Princeton has preferred to attack from the air: they average 328.7 passing yards per game. So which strategy will prevail  on Friday? There's only one way to find out.
 Everything came up roses for Allen against Princeton in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024, as the  squad secured  a  78-21 victory. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was   Mosley, who picked up 147 receiving yards and a pair of  touchdowns. Now that he's  got a second chance to win this matchup, will the Eagles still be able to contain  Mosley? There's only one way to find out.
