Basketball Recap: Summit View Comes Up Short

After flying high against Lighthouse Christian last Thursday, Summit View came back down to earth. The Eagles lost to the Highland Hall Hawks at home by a 68-53 margin on Tuesday. Eagles fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Hawks since Tuesday.

Summit View now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Highland Hall, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Summit View will be playing in front of their home fans against Pilgrim at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Highland Hall, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Bridges Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
