Volleyball Recap: Harrison Beats Campbell for Their Fifth Straight Victory

Harrison waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Campbell Spartans. The Hoyas have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Harrison took both sets by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14.

Leila Smith paced Harrison's offense, picking up five kills. Smith got some help from Taryn Musca and her three assists. Addison Cooley controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Harrison's record is now 14-6. As for Campbell, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.

Coming up, Harrison will head out to take on Marietta at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Campbell, they will take on Walker at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
