Kenston has gone 8-2 against South recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Bombers are taking a road trip to take on the Rebels at 6:30 p.m.

On Monday, Kenston came up short against Riverside and fell 3-1. The Bombers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Kenston started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-23, 25-14, 25-17.

Meanwhile, South had just enough and edged out Mayfield 3-2 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rebels.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (103-101) South actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-27, 25-15, 11-25, 15-13.

Kenston's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 12-7. As for South, their win bumped their record up to 12-4.

Everything went Kenston's way against South in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Kenston made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bombers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
