Baseball Preview: River Ridge/Scales Mound Wildcats vs. Orangeville Broncos
River Ridge/Scales Mound is a perfect 9-0 against Orangeville since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Broncos at 4:30 p.m. River Ridge/Scales Mound will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.

Damon Dittmar was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. River Ridge/Scales Mound is 4-1 when Dittmar posts two or more runs, but 5-13 otherwise. Brian Dittmar and Kayden Pfieffer stepped up to the plate in a big way. Dittmar got on base in three of his five plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI, while Pfieffer went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs. Matthew Soddy was another key player, going 2-for-5 with two doubles and two RBI.
