Soccer Recap: Seekonk Takes a Loss

Seekonk was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Southeastern RVT Hawks.

Seekonk's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Southeastern RVT, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Seekonk didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 0-0 draw against Fairhaven on the 22nd. As for Southeastern RVT, they have also already played their next game, an 11-0 victory against Tri-County RVT on the 23rd.
