After flying high against John Hancock Academy last Thursday, Robert Toombs Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Robert Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders took a 57-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pinewood Christian Patriots on Thursday. The Crusaders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Patriots earlier this season, when they won 53-41.

Banks Hearn was his usual excellent self, putting up 32 points for Pinewood Christian. That makes it 15 consecutive games in which Hearn has scored at least a third of Pinewood Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Jordan Kinlaw, who posted 12 points.

Robert Toombs Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Pinewood Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 4-11.
