Volleyball Recap: Southridge's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Southridge walked away with it. They came out on top against the Coral Park Rams by a score of 3-1 on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Spartans sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

The victory didn't come easy: Coral Park scored at least 20 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 14-25, 25-20, 25-20.

Southridge pushed their record up to 6-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Coral Park, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10.

Looking ahead, Southridge will challenge Varela at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vipers will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Spartans surely won't give up without a fight. Coral Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
