The Guernsey-Sunrise Vikings will head out to take on the Crawford Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Guernsey-Sunrise will be strutting in after a victory while Crawford will be coming in after a defeat.

Guernsey-Sunrise took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Banner County as Guernsey-Sunrise made off with a 50-26 win. That 24 point margin sets a new team best for the Vikings this season.

Meanwhile, Crawford entered their game against Mitchell on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Crawford came up short against Mitchell, falling 46-23. The matchup marked the Rams' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Crawford's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-5. As for Guernsey-Sunrise, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 3-6 record.

Guernsey-Sunrise was dealt a bruising 70-40 defeat at the hands of Crawford when the teams last played back in January of 2024.
