Volleyball Recap: Cheshire Extends Winning Streak to Two

Cheshire won the last time they faced Sheehan, and Gabby Scotti did her part to make sure it happened again. The Rams had just enough and edged out the Titans 3-2 on Monday with plenty of help from Scotti, who had 13 digs and four aces. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

Cheshire was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 18-25, 20-25, 25-15, 16-14.

The win made it two in a row for Cheshire and bumps their season record up to 6-3. As for Sheehan, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.

Looking ahead, Cheshire will challenge Masuk at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sheehan, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Foran on the 24th.
