Football Recap: Antioch Panthers vs. Pittsburg Pirates

Antioch won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They were beaten by the Pittsburg Pirates 57-16. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 366th, while the Pirates are ranked 24th).

With the loss, Antioch broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-5. As for Pittsburg, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-1.
